For years, brandy was often thought of as an after-dinner sipper or a side ingredient in old-school cocktails. But bartenders and spirits connoisseurs are rediscovering brandy’s complexity and versatility and we are here for it. Whether it’s Cognac, Armagnac, or Spanish brandy like Suau, this spirit delivers deep character—often aged in oak barrels, offering notes of dried fruit, spice, caramel, and toasted nuts.
The new generation of drinkers is sick of the same booze and now looking for something more distinctive. Here’s why Suau brandy fits the bill.
Suau Brandy is a gem from Mallorca, Spain, with a distilling heritage dating back to 1851. The brand’s traditional solera aging process gives it an incredibly smooth, layered profile. Its flagship Suau 15 boasts warm notes of vanilla, fig, and oak, while the Suau 25 delivers a more intense, elegant expression—perfect for sipping or elevated cocktails.
Sustainably produced and aged in American oak casks, Suau blends old-world craftsmanship with a fresh, contemporary appeal. It’s no surprise bartenders are reaching for Suau when crafting modern takes on classic cocktails. Speaking of which, pour yourself one of these and you will see for yourself.
